Good morning all,

During our walk-around with BG Owens Friday morning, she was impressed with every stop we made, but none more so than when she visited with Stacy, Jim and Archie.

All three discussed in detail the various monthly observance products they produce, and when she saw the MLK Poster she was so impressed, she asked to take one back to Fort Knox with her.

So our team made that happen, along with other products, to include the “presentation gift from COL Martin” Mr. Guzman asked them to package for her just before she left.

All in all, just a great job by all three.

Jim, for your annual review, here is some information that I’ve come up with.

In comparing FY2015 poster download numbers to the FY 16 products that you have developed.

In every category I reviewed (6 posters – MLK, BLK, W, DOR, Asian, LGBT – your designed product has in 7 months, met or exceeded the total FY 15 annual numbers in downloads. In 4 of the 6 categories, you exceeded the

FY 15 annual numbers by over 7-10% in just 7 months. If we were to extrapolate the remainder of the year, I would estimate that in all categories, you would have seen download increases between, 25-40% for the annual output/downloads.

You are making a significant impact to our product line and this does not include any analytic s for the other fine products that support each of the posters (mini-pages, bookmarks, invitations, etc.).
